Saddlebrook Prep Golf Program
The world’s best junior golfers come to Saddlebrook Academy to help achieve their goals of playing on the pro tour or receiving a Division I NCAA scholarship. We provide a high-level college preparatory school with an elite and demanding golf training schedule. Students develop their total game, including technique, golf course management, competition, physical fitness and mental conditioning.
Saddlebrook Preparatory offers one of the world’s most comprehensive player development and instructional programs. The coaching team works with the students to develop individualized plans and play or are on the course with their group on a regular basis. Students work with their same coach every day during each quarter, allowing coaches to track student progress and improve all aspects of their game through video analysis and Trackman technology.
Student golfers have the opportunity to take their game to the next level. Starting with their performance profile, students at Saddlebrook must constantly set goals for themselves using their training workbook and focus on achieving those goals. Additional tools such as tournament evaluations and mental skills training help players become tougher competitors.
Every day, Saddlebrook student golfers compete with their peers. Playing golf among players of a similar age and ability level on a regular basis pushes them toward constant and consistent improvement. We use skills testing to evaluate players and work on weaknesses, which allows coaches to set measurable goals towards improvement.
As part of a holistic golf training program, Saddlebrook Golf Academy offers each student an opportunity for both group and individual mental training. Every month the student-athletes and their golf coaches work together to maintain and evaluate individualized programs. Because each player has different goals and objectives their mental strategies are unique to their personality and learning style.
