About Saddlebrook Academy
Saddlebrook Preparatory is an independent school situated on the grounds of Saddlebrook Resort in Wesley Chapel, approximately 25 miles north of Tampa. Saddlebrook Academy was founded in 1992 in conjunction with the Pasco County School Board. In 1997, the school became private and was renamed Saddlebrook Preparatory (Prep). All students enrolled in our prep school in Florida are also concurrently enrolled in either the Saddlebrook Tennis Program or the Saddlebrook Golf Academy. As an academic institution, Saddlebrook Prep is fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Florida Council of Independent Schools.

School Profile
Saddlebrook Academy enrolls approximately 100 students and offers a low student/teacher ratio within an intimate learning community. Enrollment represents students from more than 20 different countries. Situated in a highly secure and gated community of 480 acres with well-supervised residential facilities for student-athletes from elementary to high school, the school allows young athletes to complete their high school education while continuing their training in tennis and golf.
