Athletics

Our world-class, comprehensive student-athlete programs in tennis and golf give students the opportunity to work on their total game, including technique, endurance, competition, athlete performance and fitness and mental conditioning. Students work with their same coaches every day during each quarter. All of our school and training programs are based on the NCAA 20-hours of practice per week model. Training with their peers, students are pushed each and every day to raise the level of their game. While many elite players train at Saddlebrook, all players are welcome, and it is our job to take students to the next level.

Tennis

The world’s best junior players come to our Tampa tennis academy, which is internationally known for its intensity on the court and its educational focus in the classroom. Our student-athletes are challenged daily in preparation to compete at National and International ITF and USTA tournaments. We are uniquely positioned to fully integrate a high-level college preparatory school with our elite and demanding tennis training schedule.

Our Tampa golf academy offers one of the world’s most comprehensive player development and instructional programs. Student-athletes are challenged each and every day and inspired to set goals for themselves. Coaches track their progress and focus on improving all aspects of their game. Our high-level college-prep school setting rounds out a demanding golf training schedule.

Fitness

Our performance training program is committed to developing the complete athlete. We use a systematic approach to training that integrates movement, strength, power, conditioning, nutrition, suppleness, rehabilitation and regeneration. Recognizing that fitness and technique alone are not enough to win consistently, we also focus on mental conditioning.
