Community Service

Connecting with Our Community

Saddlebrook Prep students take pride in being able to give to the less fortunate members of our community. All Saddlebrook student-athletes are encouraged to participate in community service activities, from toy drives to working with national charitable organizations.

Why Community Service

Our students work hard, play hard and study hard on the golf course, on the tennis court and in the Saddlebrook Preparatory classrooms. We feel that it is also necessary to provide our students with firsthand opportunities to become involved with the community. Almost all of our students continue their education at some of the best colleges and universities in the world, and most of these respected institutions place a heavy emphasis on involvement in community service.

Our Community Connections

Our school works closely with The Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Metropolitan Ministries, Sunrise Domestic Violence Abuse Center and local schools. Our student council has also raised funds for Make-a-Wish Foundation, MPK Homeland and Project to Cure. National Honor Society members have raised money for and participated in the Relay for Life, sponsored by the American Cancer Society. Additionally, our students organize a yearly food drive, as well as a toy drive to help those in need in the local community.
