Dining at Saddlebrook Prep

Every meal at Saddlebrook Prep is prepared by Saddlebrook Resort's award-winning culinary staff and is served with both nutrition and presentation in mind. Students enjoy a delicious variety of foods, plus they feel free to give their input and requests to the food and beverage management.

Executive Chef, Daniel Desmond, oversees all aspects of the menu-planning and food preparation. A well-balanced, diversified diet is provided. Chef Daniel has an extensive background and much experience in working with the many professional athletes who train at Saddlebrook's Athletes Compound. He is well qualified to direct the menus for Saddlebrook Prep.

The student-athletes eat hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets served at the private Saddlebrook Prep School's Dining Hall, were all meals are supervised by teachers and Resident Assistants (RA's). The attention devoted strictly to the menus for the student-athletes assures that the meals are healthy and satisfying.
