Community Service

Saddlebrook Student Community Service

Our students work hard, play hard, and study hard both on the golf course and in the Saddlebrook Prep classrooms. We feel that it's also necessary to provide our students with firsthand opportunities to become involved with the community. Almost all of our students continue their educations at some of the best colleges and universities in the world, and most of these respected institutions place a heavy emphasis on involvement in community service. We actively seek to encourage our students' participation in giving back to the community.

Our school works closely with these organizations:

  • The Red Cross
  • Habitat for Humanity
  • Metropolitan Ministries

Additionally, our students organize a yearly food drive, as well as a toy drive to help those in need in the local community. Saddlebrook Prep students take pride in being able to give to the less fortunate members of our community.

USTA's Fed Cup Community Event

Saddlebrook Preparatory tennis student-athletes enthusiastically took on roles as coaches for the community children that attended the Fed Cup Community Event, held on the afternoon of April 19th at Saddlebrook Resort. The SPS high school student-athletes instructed the children attendees on basic tennis fundamentals, and they  kept the energy level high for everyone involved. Saddlebrook Prep is proud of our tennis student-athletes for making the experience special for the children in our community.
